A designation for HR Professionals above ten years of experience and minimum three years in a Strategic role. It shows you have leadership level knowledge of HR Profession specific to Middle East region.​
FHRME designation is a way for Senior HR professionals to demonstrate their expertise and credibility in the field, and can lead to greater career opportunities and professional growth.Â
Earning an HR certification typically requires meeting certain educational and/or professional experience requirements, as well as passing a rigorous exam.

Assessment Fees
Assessment fee for 2023-2026:
- For Non-Member: 699$
- For Professional Member: 349$*
*You must have an active membership at the time of assessment.

Recertification
Recertification
HRME maintains high standards for professional HRM executives, designees are required to renew their HRME designations every 3 years to maintain authorized use of the credentials. Renewal must be submitted by its expiration date.
- Complete minimum 20 study, 20 work and 20 community credits every three years.​

- Get an approved certificate equivalent to your designation.​(SPHRI, SHRM-SCP)
- Take exams for the relevant designation.
- Minimum 10 years of experience needed.
- Minimum 10 + years of verified experience with at least 3 years at Strategic Level.
- Applicant needs to submit an online application.
